  1. All glory to God: creator, sustainer, protector, lover of our souls! It was so good to read your poetry and see your pictures this evening.

    It is now safe for me to share part of our family’s news: my husband decided abd announced to his current practice last week that he will not be signing the contract to join the group. In short, many doors were closing and with much prayer, we decided it would be wise to move on. The future looks very promising and exciting, though I’m not at liberty to say exactly what will come next!

    Your poetry today confirmed many of the thoughts of praise V and I are having. Walking away from a job can be scary, but putting our trust in God all along leaves us feeling at peace and confident.

    1. Alison, I am so glad that you both have peace. My experience has shown me that when a couple decide together in mutual agreement there is blessing. Life is scary – but dull – if no risks are taken at all. Good on you both for your prayerful decision making.

    1. Thank you, Debbie! About an hour after I posted this we, sadly, lost one of our pets (which is why I’m behind with comments). Even in that grief I saw His mercy and love.
