sit snuggled side by side

as carols are played

and Advent marches by

Anxious for gifts

to be given and received

Music’s hush hurries the clock

until Christmas Eve!

Our daughter’s cat is so happy with the new piano bench!  Now she can sit closer as she listens; before, she sat on the sofa because there was no room.
