Life’s Trail
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let faith
not fictional fate
your Master
be
Life’s trail
is riddled with trials
and
feet tripping trollop
lurking
and looking
for you
or me!
Truth is the best thing to trust! Lies don’t lead to nice places…
PS – I took these photos in late summer. Trust me, even though this trail is well maintained, it is still easy to trip on parts of it. This is especially true if you go off the main walking trails… it’s always wise to be alert, and stay on the path!
I like your photos and words, sometimes it’s difficult for me to translate it in this way you think it.
I imagine poetry is not easy to translate. Thank you for reading it. I appreciate that you usually include some English on your blog. I really admire your artwork!
Thank you, Wendy!
I try to learn english because most people are speaking english.
How beautiful is this? xx
It is called Paradise Meadows – it really is a paradise!
looks like a place of great peace
If you like, here is a link to a post I did about this place…http://greenlightlady.wordpress.com/2012/09/21/paradise-meadows/
cool i like that wooden bike trail going over the water
I love the greenness of the place, looks so refreshing.
That was a beautiful poem, I especially like this line; “Life’s trail, is riddled with trials,”
our life is not about sunshine all the time, there are always storms ahead. I like the way you relate it to the picture.
I agree about life not being sunshine all the time. Storms can either bless or burn depending on our reaction to them. Some days are easier than others to be positive…
What a beautiful place! Paradise Meadow’s a suitable name. 🙂 Enjoyed as always, Wendy!!
Thank you, Calee! Our family loves that place!
I love those opening lines, Wendy! What a sweet lesson right there, to not trust in fictional fate! I loved these path pictures and those trees are so beautiful . . .like towers! Thank you so much and God bless you!
Thanks for your always encouraging words here and on your blog. I really appreciate your kind words.
“Lies don’t lead to nice places”–man, isn’t that the big bad truth!! I wish there were red flashing lights always, so we wouldn’t mistake lies for truths. God bless you–love, Caddo
Me too, Caddo! Thank you for your smile inducing comment, dear friend! 🙂
