While my daughter was playing a tune on the piano called: ” Whirling Leaves “, I grabbed the nearest pen and paper(magazine) and wrote this down. Music is so inspirational!

Thank you! All three of our children ( 2 teens & 1 preteen) are playing an instrument, now. I am so glad!

Autumn is my favorite season. I lived in NY once upon a time and I loved how the leaves changed and the beautiful colors, living in a different climate these days and discovering the seasons aren’t as visually distinctive, I mess that very much. Loved this poem
Thank you. We lived on a small island up higher on the BC coast for a couple of years, and deciduous trees were one of the things we missed the most. But we did get to see whales and dolphins up close! I hope you have a good trade-off too…

Thank you, Debbie! I was enjoying the music of a bird in our trees today. Our elderly neighbors have feeders out, and we have the trees – so we get to enjoy them all winter long. Now, I need to get some bird photos one day…
