No One
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
There is no one
like You
Who knows what’s right
and right
will do
No fear of man
is in your way
For You see future
as if past
Your plans will prosper
and will last
So if I cast
my vote with You
There’s nothing left
for me to do
But walk by faith
and not by sight
You’ll lead me on
through day
or night.

‘When one rules over men in righteousness,
when he rules in the fear of God,
he is like the light of morning at sunrise
on a cloudless morning,
like the brightness after rain
that brings the grass from the earth.’
2 Samuel 23:3-4
PS – When I came across this verse, during my morning reading time, I remembered the rain drenched honeysuckle leaf lingering away in my photo file… waiting to be elected!
Lovely AND true. What’s better than that?
Truth cannot be improved upon – only multiplied by our belief in it…
Thank you, dear, for your kind words ~ Wendy
Oh so wonderful and true . ..and I love how it all came together! No one can do that like Him! God bless you and yours today!
Thank you, Debbie!
I hope you’ve had a cozy weekend. It has rained much of ours and we even had a 7.7 earthquake last night. So I won’t complain about the rain… No injuries or damage reported so far! Our family did not even notice it. Some neighbors did.

Sometimes it is worth the wait to marry the right words to the right image, isn’t it? Lovely…
Thank you, Melody. I think you match your poems and pictures perfectly. Usually I write in response to a photo… Is that what you do?

I’m pretty visual – I write with a photo already chosen – sometimes I see something that would make a good photo, and already have a title or idea in mind as I snap. It sure gives me a different focus when I have my camera out!
I know what you mean about being visual. My favorite blogs to follow have good photos. A great picture is worth a million words! 😉
I’m just learning the power of a great photograph – I used to just point and shoot willy-nilly. My daughter’s photographic gifts have come in so handy for me – how much I have learned from her! I would never have guessed that I would someday be called a ‘photographer’ – what an awesome surprise! 😀
I love your pictures, and I love surprises!
Thanks Wendy – I love the GOOD surprises the best! 🙂
Amen! 🙂
